Okay, I have finally entered blogland again! These past few days have been crazy! Before I tell you the big secret, I want to catch you up on my doings. If you look at the photos on the right, you will see that on Saturday the birthday granddaughter, my hubby, and I did some gardening. Because I have a injured left knee, I had to sit in a chair but that's okay. I love having the granddchildren over at planting time. So, hubby tilled the area at the base of the birdbath, and granddaughter and I planted snap dragons. It is the first time to try them so we will see how things go. It was very hot, in the 90's. And here in Baltimore, we are known for our high humidity and it was high! After a couple hours of planting, and of course hosing down everything, including each other, what else is Maryland famous for?? Our steamed crabs, of course! So the top photo shows us enjoying our reward, one dozen large steamed blue crabs, straight from the Chesapeake Bay. MMMMMM
I love to laugh and have a good time with my family and friends. All my friends are quilters...what can I say! I am a member and quilt group leader of ASG(American Sewing Guild),BHQG (Baltimore Heritage Quilter's Guild), TAS (The Applique Society),JLWC(Jo's Little Women's Club)Civil War Club, 2 Dear Jane groups
